Pilot a rotational program for DOT staff

DOT will develop and pilot a rotational management development program in which selected DOT employees can do work exchanges with other DOT units and divisions, gaining experience in planning, outreach, design, data analysis, and other fields.

Update Description

DOT will pilot a rotational management development program.


DOT held a Future Leaders Fellowship Program in 2017, which included an opportunity for participants to enhance their professional development by working with different divisions and work units within DOT. The inaugural class of Future Leaders were placed in fall 2017, with the next class to start the program in 2018.
